Supply Chain Operations Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.The Capital Equipment Supply Chain division (CE SCO) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site.The World Class Manufacturing team commits to make continuous process improvement part of our culture and customer satisfaction the main driver of all our improvement processes.WCM supports our effort to become a Total Quality process enterprise, involving suppliers in the improvement processes.In this position you will be responsible for driving WCM knowledge and support (training, facilitating and coaching) to teams and pillars in order to implement WCM in the Capital Equipment business and at our suppliers.The position can be based either in Sweden or in Italy.Key tasks & responsibilities are to: . Provide methodological support to WCM coordinators and teams .Define and spread WCM standards . Provide WCM training to pillars and teams . Motivate and empower people through positive attitude .Stimulate change in traditional mind set . Guarantee alignment and cross-fertilization between the different sites and organizations University degree in Engineering is required.Master in Operations Strategic Planning, Process Kaizen Engineering or similar qualifications in improvement methodologies such as 6 Sigma and TPM would be considering as a plus.You are fluent in English both written and verbal is expected; knowledge of other foreign languages is regarded as a merit.We require at least three years of WCM experience in production related areas and have good knowledge of WCM/Problem Solving methodologies and practical implementation.Project Management or similar experience would be considered as a plus.You have a systematic approach to problem definition and problem solving and you can transfer long-term strategies and plans into mid/short term actions.You inspire other people with your enthusiasm, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.You should be a good communicator with excellent presentation skills.Have a combination of analytical and practical skills, be a good team player capable of motivating people and establishing long term relations.You will be expected to lead initiatives and drive activities independently.
