We are now looking for a Customer Support Engineer in Jönköping.

In the role as Customer Support Engineer you are responsible for our second-tier export customer support for our Airborne LiDAR systems for hydrographic charting and mapping purpose. You will also perform remote test/calibration flights including analysis and acceptance of data, and document support provided.
The role gives you the opportunity to work with the latest technology within the area of airborne laser survey systems for hydrographic and topographic surveys.
In the role you will be working towards our international customer support organization supplying our local support engineers with expertise related to the bathymetric LiDAR sensors. You will also be repairing hardware in field at customer’s location, software support and failure investigation as well as provide training to customers, both at customers locations, our own location and via web-based tools. Within your responsibility you will develop training video’s, training materials, maintenance instructions, contribution to manuals and similar documentation.
To be successful in this role you are passionate about providing the best possible support to our customers. You also have a high standard of performance, independence and responsibility and the role includes a large variation of work tasks. In the role you will have plenty of freedom to shape our future tools and methods to provide the best possible support for our customers. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of science in Electronics, Computer science or Mechatronics
Experience from relevant customer support of advanced embedded systems (preferable airborne systems) is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
Experience from airborne equipment and aerospace requirements is an advantage
Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken). Further languages are meritious.
Valid driving license
