So, who are we?
We are Sinetiq. Our name comes from a kind of combination using the words "system, integration and intelligence". Even though we just started this new company we have more than 17 years of experience in system integration, using service-oriented architecture and practical development of component-based systems. We work with both national and international clients and with our unique expertise we help them increase their profits and strengthen their competitiveness by letting them focus on their core business.
As an important part of our own business, we are also initiating a competence center within system integration and service-oriented architecture in close collaboration with universities and other top competencies world-wide. To do this we will both follow the latest trends and set new ones as we spearhead both technology and market demand.

Right, and then some specifics about the roles we are looking for.

System Architect
The System Architect at Sinetiq is responsible for a number of tasks in the integration domain. One key task is to transform requirements of a customer into a flexible, changeable, and cost-efficient system solution, most often a system of systems. Usually, the System Architect does not architect software solutions but integration solutions.
The System Architect typically has a background in software development. As the domain is located in a conjunction of the areas software development, infrastructure and middleware, a System Architect should be familiar with, among other things, service-oriented architecture, system integration and computer communication.

System Integrator
The System Integrator at Sinetiq is creating system of systems at the customer. This person performs integration of existing systems in new orchestrations, integration of new components in existing systems and integration of completely new system of systems. The integration is related to both system development and testing, as a phase when all components in a solution comes together and starts to perform its duties. The System Integrator also reconfigures a system when new requirements are handled as a function of the built-in flexibility.
