Fresenius Kabi is dedicated in the supply of high-quality intravenous (IV) drugs and offer a broad portfolio of Intravenous drugs and pharmaceutical products with a focus on the anti-infective, anesthetic/analgesic, critical care, and oncology markets. To our high performing Marketing team consisting of experienced Product Managers, all based in Uppsala, we are now looking for a dedicated Product Manager for our IV drugs portfolio.

Job Purpose

In your role as Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product life cycle management of the IV Generic Drugs portfolio. You will manage and optimize the portfolio in a way that ensures positioning of the products across various customer groups and that it fulfills the needs and demands of the market.

You will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies, tactics and plans for your portfolio, supporting the organization’s objectives. In addition, you will develop communication tools that meets the needs and requirements of our various customer groups.

Being on top of clinical practices and market developments is key to develop and manage the assigned portfolio. You will work closely with the KAM organization and the Tender group on commercial and market related topics and with the Regulatory affairs team regarding new launches and portfolio life cycle management. Additionally, you will provide forecasting input, prepare and present sales budgets and provide supply chain with sales prognoses and forecasts for the assigned portfolio. 

You will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma and you will be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any IV Drugs-related topics.

Requirements

• Education on University degree level in a relevant discipline

• Authorized Sales Representative (LIF) or equivalent education

• Previous sales, product marketing and or regulatory affairs experience from the healthcare area is required

• Knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system, and familiar with stakeholders, the tender business and patient pathways

• Experience of forecasting and product demand planning

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; at ease presenting to large audiences

• Valid driver’s license

The Role

The role is initially a temporary employment with a view to become permanent employment if both parts agree after 6 months.
