We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Change Leader with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
Our customer requires the "Production (CAB) Forum" to be strengthened. As a result, we are looking for a project manager / change manager to assist the company in problem solving and change management.
The consultant will assist in being in charge of the company's Problems and Change for Production (CAB) forums. Forum management and follow-up will be directed toward our suppliers and the company's in-house Product Team.
He/ she will Lead the company's Change forum, in which product teams and suppliers participate.
Leads problem-solving forums for the entire company, in which product teams and suppliers participate.
Cases of Change and Problems are being pursued against product teams and suppliers.
Adhere to operational procedures and working methods.
Act as a point of contact for product teams and suppliers on a daily basis.
Work on continuous improvement both internally and externally with our Support Manager.
Check to see if product teams and suppliers are using ServiceNow as a tool for Change and Problems.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate must have following knowledge and experience:
ITIL expertise is required.
You should have good knowledge and experience - of Change / change for production process Problem process, as you will be leading and managing these forums.





Other:
You will have an advantage if you are familiar with ServiceNow.
Scope: 100%
Language Requirements: Mastery of the English language in both speech and writing is required.
