Our client is now looking for a consultant who has experience in implementing Compensation & Benefits business processes in digital HR systems.
This is an exciting assignment for you who want to work between Human Resources (People Experience) and digital, where Compensation & Benefits Business Analyst bridge between the users and the HR Digital Solutions.
Assignment
- You will translate Compensation & Benefits business requirements into feasible processes that can be realized in a digital HR system.
- You stay up to date on current business needs in the area of Compensation & Benefit. You will also relate to how data flows through the customer's system landscape and map the business processes.
- Analysis of "as is" as well as proposing "to be" processes will be discussed together with stakeholders and product teams. You will adapt requirements to fit the global scope, coordinate and have clear communication all the way from design to delivery.
- Applying a wide range of problem solving and visualization techniques is a key to success in this role. This will facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and team members to create a shared understanding and ownership.
- You will have an important role in helping to prepare various agile ceremonies such as the backlog refinement, sprint- and PI-plannings.
Requirements and experience
- You have skills and experience in information models and end-to-end process mapping including user journeys/UX.
- You have worked in projects and/or product context with implementation and improvements of digital solutions. You have translated business needs into process and digital solutions.
- You have good facilitation and communication skills.
- You have Human Resources domain knowledge from the Compensation & Benefits area
- You have experience and certificates from, for example, BABOK, Six Sigma, collaborative agile methods such as effect and story mapping. You can also apply the tools in your daily work.
- You also have the ability to apply business analysis in an agile context and write epics, features and stories in an effective format.
Language
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Swedish is not a must, but is meritorious.
Other
- This role requires experience in the implementation of Compensation & Benefits business processes in digital HR systems. This is not the same thing as implementing Payroll solutions.
