We are looking for a data driven Support Delivery Specialist

We are currently looking to hire a consultant who are interested in a role as a Support Deliver Specialist for one of our clients. If you have previous experience with this type of role and are looking for your next challenge, look no further!

This role includes

This role is a challenging but rewarding role where you will work with data analysis related to support functions in a big international environment. You will work with identifying areas of improvement and use data to find opportunities for optimization and to make decisions. It is role that requires a lot of communication and you will be tasked with taking initiatives and creating change. The assignment is initially set to run for six months but there is also chance of extension if the situation allows for it. You will be able to work remotely in some capacity.



Who are you

This assignment will suit you if you thrive in working with streamlining processes, analyzing situations and information and working with requirements management. We believe that you probably have experience with ITIL4 and tools like Power BI (or similar). You are a great team player and are not afraid to think out of the box and present new ideas.

- Previous experience within data analasys
- Great communication skills
- Ability to analyse risk and consequences
- Ability to manage expectations among stakeholders
