Welcome to join us on our journey of building a global tech company in the e-commerce industry.

In this role as a Customer Success Assistant you will support the team of five - (still growing), at the Customer Success Department with important reports and analyses.

Main responsibilities

- Deliver accurate and timely materials as requested by CS managers: Lists, comparison tables, follow-up emails.

- Learn to use - and with time even suggest improvements to the internal communications support tools, for example Jira.

- Keep a strong dialouge with the teach team in Philippines and make sure the reports are correct presented.

- Perform administrative tasks for the CS team: Sending monthly excel reports, preparing presentations, sending meeting invites, taking meeting notes, putting up files on SP, following up with team members, etc.

- Develop a deep understanding of the Detail tool, internal stakeholders and processes.

Requirements:

- Preferable to have an education within the Business Management, E-Comerse, Retail sales or Online sales segment.

- A Background from administration positions would be great.

- Some excel skills - not a complete beginner

Essential skillls:

- Detail oriented and used to work with perfection and deadlines.

- Able to follow routines and work with templates.

- Business understanding, professional to clients and colleagues.

- Service minded and a happy mindset.

- Self driven - But eager to learn and understand. Can ask for help if needed - As well willing to step in and help if you see that the team need support.

- Team player and driven to see results together.

- Comfortable talking to various people within the company.

- Fluent in English (other languages are a great bonus).
