An opportunity has arisen for a full time FM - Coordinator to join our client's professional team.
Assignments duration: 6 months with start 01/09/2016

Key responsibilites

Project Office Management:

- Is responsible for construction-, relocation- and other FM-related projects
- Ensures the best offer for projects to the the customer through competitive procurement of material and subsuppliers
- Works according to the agreed project model and provides systems to share project documentation
- Staffs projects with requisite skills
- Supervises construction-, relocation-, and other FM-related projects
- Summarizes an executive report for projects each month in the operational meetings
- Is included in projects steering committees
- Participates in strategic meetings

FM-Coordination:

- Supports Group Real Estate as contact person/ representative for Group Real Estate towards customers personnel
- Support Group Real Estate with space management and planning of most optimal use of customers premises
- Ensures that requirements and policies are complied with applicable building and its furnishings
- Conducts planning meetings with move coordinators and personnel involved in relocations
- Is the the communication interface with relocation project leader
- Ensures that long-term maintenance plan (LPU) for 24 months is prepared once a year in connection with budget work
- Is involved in other administrative, FM and real-estate-related tasks

Requirements

- Facility Management education
- A few years of experience in all phases of facility maintenance and operations
- High stress resistancy and orderliness
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with contractors
