We are looking for a Head of Call-Center to one of our customers within the insurance market! This position will be filled in April so potential candidates need to be available right away! This person also needs to be available for staying abroad the first couple of month since the training of this person will take place in southern Europe. You will be responsible for selecting, training and managing the Customer Service platform and also for the daily management of operations of the insurance companies. You will participate in the design, implementation and update of operations within the country always aiming to the utmost resources efficiency and client satisfaction. The position as Head of Call-Center will be based in Stockholm but candidates should be willing to travel! Key experience and competence: We believe that a successful applicant has a university degree as well as previous experience from working within customer service. You have previous experience in Call-Centers management and proven track record of providing excellent corporate customer service. We also think you have a training in medical/health issues.
