Now we’re looking for a HR Business Partner who can share her/his energy with us to develop a better future. The position is part-time, 50%, and you will support our Distribution Center on site in Örebro
In the HR function we aim to create an environment for employees to deliver the best of Schneider Electric to our customers. We are experts in people matters, our collaboration and the engagement of each of us is key to achieve our company's growth and business ambitions.
In this role, you will have a great opportunity to work closely with the business in a local and international environment. As HR Business Partner you play a key role in the organization and work closely with our managers and teams. You will be part of the management team and the main contact for local managers and unions.
To be successful in this position you are a true business partner with drive and high ambition, who is people and business minded, strong in change management and have excellent communication skills. It’s key that you have a genuine interest in people, is enthusiastic and confident.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally with experience from a large international company. Relevant University degree and fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish is a must. You are familiar with Swedish context in terms of legislation, collective agreement, pension etc.
This is your main priorities
• In constant partnership with her/his business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (cost/time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies.
• Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges
• Drive Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development initiatives, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Lead the implementation of change management processes
• Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values;
• Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity
• Responsible for the data accuracy/integrity for site HR Information Systems
