Who are we searching for?
Our client in Malmö is looking for a Junior Recruiter. The assignment is for approximately 3 months or longer. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
Your main tasks will be:
As a Recruiter you will drive the recruitment process from start to end in collaboration with Hiring Managers. This includes; mapping qualifications needed, preparing and posting job adverts, evaluating applications, provide shortlists, interviewing, assessments, reference taking, providing recommendations for final candidates, preparing offers and provide feedback to candidates.
Who are you:
· You have a minimum of 2 years of experience from internal and external recruitment, preferably within a global organisation.
· You are a self-starter who enjoys being part of a team, but with the ability to work independently towards your stakeholders.
· You have strong focus on service and performance delivery.
· In this role communication is very important, both written and verbal. So you should be fluent in English.
