To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team with base out of the office in Gothenburg or Solna. Here you will be part of the division Siemens Large Drive Applications (LDA), a leading global supplier of high voltage and medium voltage products and solutions for the oil and gas, marine and other industries. We are a company in constant growth and have the entire Nordic and Baltic region as our area of work. On 1^st October 2023 our business will be expanded by additional scope and will be carved out into separate legal entities.

The location of the position is Solna or Gothenburg. 

Main responsibilities consist of the following:

Processes customer inquiries and orders with the aim to increase customer satisfaction by accurate and on schedule customer supply and to ensure business and sales success.
* Handling of customer orders and purchase orders to suppliers, as well as master data in the ERP system.
* Enters customer orders in the ERP system and determines the delivery dates (technical clarification, commercial clarification incl. creditworthiness, export control checks, checking of delivery dates and confirmation, order confirmation to the customer) to fulfill the customer order at the requested date.
* Monitors compliance of the delivery dates to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time and to be always capable to provide order information to customers.
* Handles returns and warranty cases in collaboration with the customers and suppliers.
* Works on the logistics and transport concepts with the customer to safeguard the delivery processes.

To be successful in the position you need
* Relevant education within logistics
* Minimum of 2 years work experience in logistics
* Experience with IT (MS Office) and preferably with SAP
* Proficient in Swedish and English. Finnish would be an advantage.
