We are looking for a Managing Director for one of our clients

On behalf of our client, Global Nordics is looking for a Managing Director with high business acumen to join and lead our client`s Stockholm office which services international clients who wish to set up or expand their business operations in Sweden, Finland, and Norway.
You will be responsible for Nordic Entity Management services in Sweden, Finland, and Norway by managing and maintaining entities across borders.
In the position you will be responsible for:
Planning and implementing long-term business strategies
Budget and organization development
Managing overall financial performance and building the local team
Looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the business for winning new business.
Analysing opportunities for growth in the market segments to drive profitability.
Manging and maintaining client entities in the Nordics
Ensuring and monitoring compliance with applicable provisions of law and generally accepted practice in the company's operations and management
Overseeing day-to-day operations in Sweden, Finland, and Norway
Providing solutions to operational issues as they arise
Supporting Group operations as necessary
Your profile:
An entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to run a business without supervision
Can demonstrate a track record of developing and successfully executing revenue growth plans
Strong self-drive and goal-focused
Passion for growth
Problem-solving aptitude
Communicative, the ability to be a clear communicator and represent the company in the industry and in general
With strong insights into the industry market as well as an in-depth network of the market
A natural leader and motivator of people
Ability to perform and work under tight schedules and high pressure
Excellent of both spoken and written Swedish and English. Any other language is a bonus
BSc/BA in Business or Law; MBA/LLM is a plus
