As a Sales Manager, your position will take point on identifying and planning key promotions and opportunities for our titles. One of your main tasks in addition to doing so will be the tracking and analysis of the sales of each title, as well as providing sales reports and prognoses. You will be expected to give sales presentations, engage in contract negotiations with potential partners, and coordinate sales efforts with the marketing and social media team. We are currently a small and steady team of 11 people working in the growing Thunderful Group. A normal day at Thunderful Publishing contains meetings with developers, contact with various platform holders, ratings companies, translators and testers, coordination meetings with marketing, looking at game pitches and gathering sales data. As one of the main lines of communication between Thunderful and our partners, you as a Sales Manager should be able to use your skills to communicate internationally with a diverse array of people.
Requirements:
· Financial background in education
· Proficient knowledge in MS Office and Excel
· Experience in compiling and producing sales reports
· Experience in data collection and analysis
· Experience in sales planning and administration
· Fluency in English Speaking and Writing (Additional languages a plus!)
