We are looking for a Plant Controller

As our Plant Controller you will be responsible for the preparation of quarterly and monthly reports, analysis and proposals of improvement, monitoring KPI's as well as forecasts. You are the Plant Managers and plant management´s contact in financial matters towards external and internal stakeholders . You are part of the operational management team for the Vårgårda plant.
A major focus is set on analysis and also to drive improvements, as well as processes and procedures involved in your area of responsibility. You are responsible, for the budgeting process and related analysis. You will report to the Country Finance Manager, who is also located in Vårgårda. You have solid experience from qualified work in the economy area in industrial production, preferably automotive industry. You have a relevant university financial degree. Since we are a global company, fluent English in speech and writing is a requirement. You enjoy working in a fast pace. You are positive, energetic and have the ability to switch between operational and strategic tasks. It is important that you enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You are a solution oriented person.. You have extensive experience of analyzing financial data. You are an experienced team player with good communication skills and able to handle high workload and stressful situations. You are used to working in Office software, especially Excel. Knowledge in Movex and Hyperion is considered a merit.
