Our client who is big in the automotive industry is now looking for a PR coordinator and administrator to help in a big transformation!

We are looking for you who are a motivated and skilled coordinator and you will be part of a fantastic PR team! The team is imbued with competent team players and a high tempo. You will have an important role in the PR department and in the transformation as you will ensure campaigns, initiatives and ongoing PR work and that these work smoothly.

In your role as PR coordinator, you will have a close collaboration with the team and:

- Coordinate media interviews and visits.
- Responsible for meeting structure and meeting agendas.
- Take care of protocols and be helpful with media coverage, media reports and internal newsletters.
- Be prepared to assist in the organization of all media events worldwide.
- Also responsible for coordinating and monitoring the financial administration. This means, for example, monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, managing invoicing and creating purchase orders for our suppliers and subscriptions.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who thrives at a fast pace and who works efficiently and independently. It is important that you have the ability to multitask, can work with people across different departments and with different cultures and with external parties. Good communication skills are also important to succeed in this role.

Requirements and experience
- We are looking for someone who has 3-4 years of experience working in a communications, PR or marketing department. Preferably experience from a global company.

Language
- We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of English, written and spoken. English does not have to be your native language.
