We are looking for a Process Engineer

- automotive glass originally installed by automakers (OEM)
- automotive glass replacement (aftermarket) AUTOVER WEBSITE

Our organization is undergoing some changes, and we are now seeking a Process Engineer for strengthening our production organization.


Arbetsbeskrivning

Tasks
As a Process Engineer you will develop and implement technological improvements in our processes, lead WCM projects, investment projects, monitor output and reconnect them into the organization. You are responsible for ensuring that our processes in glass processing permanently evolve and they live up to the high standards that exist within our group. Business travels is also a part in your work with improvement and development.


Utbildning

Education
We are looking for a Civil Engineer or equivalent, most likely with mechanical engineering specialization.

Erfarenhet

Experience
You have a few year’s experience in a similar job, like to drive change and improvement efforts and places great emphasis on achieving goals.

Personliga kvalifikationer

Personal qualifications
You are ambitious, thorough and communicative. You are used to to work structured and have no problem to follow routines. Curiosity and questioning are also two obvious qualities in your professional life. You are comfortable in Swedish and English, in speech and writing, and have a good knowledge in Office with extra focus on Excel.
