ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a process engineer who wants to have a direct impact on the factory processes in one of the world’s most innovative and sustainable companies! You will be part of a humble and result-hungry team and culture, which speedy growth will make it an interesting and rewarding journey. In this role, you will be responsible for several parts of the production process.
You will mainly work with process equipment and optimizing production processes at Oatly´s factory in Landskrona where they produce large quantities of various oat-based products. To help them do this in the best way, they have automated their production process with valves, control systems, heat exchangers and other fantastically interesting technical gadgets. With so much equipment, it can sometimes happen that things break down, whether it be equipment or processes. Some temperature that is wrong and some pressure that is swaying and this is where they need your help! Your mission is therefore to find the things that does not really work and make sure that they start to work again, preferably in a more reliable way. You do this together with a bunch of other happy people who are passionate about the same thing.
Since the only thing we know today is that it will look different tomorrow, we would like you to be involved in shaping these processes in the future, mainly at Oatly´s site in Landskrona, but if you want, you have the opportunity to be able to support and help out on their other sites around the world as well.

WHO ARE YOU
- Preferably you hold a M. Sc. in Engineering.
- Experience in project management, preferably certified.
- Experience in process engineering.
- Experience from working with production process and process equipment, preferably within food, pharma or similar industry.
- Passionate about safety, sustainability and quality.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, verbally and written.
- It is a great advantage if you also speak Swedish.
