We are looking for a Project Leader for a large customer

Our customer in Malmö is looking for a Project Manager for a 1-year old assignment. Start ASAP.

The main responsibilities:

* Overall responsible for preparation of the gap assessment activities based on the given plan
* Provide the approach/concept of the gap assessment and align it with the resources from the projects, streams and country roll out teams
* Based on the approved gap assessment plan, prepare all the material for the kick-offs, workshops, meetings with the country rollout teams together with the Gap Forum.
* Overall accountable for execution of the gap assessment activities (Capturing gaps)
* Projects and streams are responsible for execution of the gap assessment within their area. This role is responsible for the support, coordination, common planning, improvements, steering and follow up both with the projects and streams in the bi-weekly Gap Forum meetings and also with countries in the bi-weekly Country meetings.
* Member of the Gap Forum.
* This role is the main speaking partner for countries rollout teams and Global Rollout project.
* Create and provide work packages for the OneWBS structure.

* Project manager skills (Planning, structure, follow up, processes, ability to lead and take decisions)
* Communicative towards, Legal experts, Business architect, Launch planning team, Countries gap assessment responsible, Regional managers, Country Multichannel management team and GRP
* Service minded specially support Regional managers and Country Gap assessment responsibles
* Ability to work both strategic and operational
* Enjoy to take lead when the road is not completely clear and explore new ways of working
