We are looking for a Project Manager for a temporary position!

As a Project Manager you will be based in our Head office in Helsingborg and be a member in a team of 6 Project Managers located all over Europe. Your main responsibility will be mostly dedicated for the projects in Asia pacific part of our organisation. This is a temporary position for 6-8 months to cover for parental leave.
In this position you will lead the projects from sales handover to warranty end and cooperate with many different teams and departments internally, from Finance to Manufacturing and R&D. You will manage and expedite all customer and internal challenges through our Asia pacific organisation. It is most important to provide good leadership to cross functional teams to be able to meet project objectives.
You report to the management team on project performance and analyse as well as report on deviations from the targets. The role could also include to carry out pre-installation visits and provide necessary information to the Installation team. Expedite Lessons Learned meetings to give feedback to the project team, for continuous improvement. You will proactively look for profit generating change orders, financially ensure excellent project performance and cost management controls.

To qualify for the position, you have a degree within a technical or commercial field. Some years’ experience working as a Project Manager and from a similar industry. If you have experience from an international business, that will be considered an advantage. It is a requirement that you are minimum fluent in English. If you have any additional language skills that will be considered as a merit.
