We are looking for a Project Manager in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
The role entails driving the department's planning and processes in this regard.
It is a multi-project management system, and we are looking for someone who is good at managing projects and establishing a department's way of working.
Most projects are relatively simple to plan when they are scoped, but they can be extremely difficult to scope. You will be reporting to the CISO.
All projects' project planning and roadmap views will be led by the candidate.
Based on previous workloads and estimates of inflow, the applicant will assist in planning slots and capacity for security reviews, incidents, and so on.
Organize and lead scoping and estimation workshops.
Take the lead on some of the more complex projects that require a wide range of skills.
Implement processes as needed.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate is expected to have project management in multi-project environments.
Jira, Aha! and other tools for plans and roadmaps are required
Moreover, good scoping skills are an asset.




Other:
Experience leading scoping workshops is a plus.
The candidate should excel at bringing order to complex situations.
He/she should have strong organisational skills in multi-project environments.
