We are looking for a Senior Primavera Specialist for our Stockholm facility

Rail Control Solutions (RCS) is a world leader in developing, engineering and installing rail control and signalling safety systems, products and services.
RCS enables the safe and efficient operation of rail networks and trains.
Your Role
As our Senior Primavera Specialist you will have a leading role in RCS? Primavera Competence Center supporting Primavera users in RCS globally.

This role is dedicated to drive the use of Primavera for scheduling in RCS by facilitating training and communication programs, and coaching and supporting Project Managers to ensure improvements of estimates and robustness of plans.
You will have a close cooperation with the key user network to maintain and develop the interface to the various departments, and have a close cooperation with the Project Management Office in order to ensure that Primavera delivers the output that the various stakeholders expect and require.

This leads to on-time delivery of RCS projects and alignment with Group objectives in the area of Project Management and scheduling. .

Some of your main tasks will be:

? Working closely with internal stakeholders and key users throughout the organization to identify improvement areas, develop and implement processes related to planning and scheduling.
? To ensure full operability of P6 database by overseeing functionality tests, ensuring continuity in users? requirements and specifications, and coordinating the administration of P6 to ensure secure and reliable access for all users
? To contribute in the development of supporting tools in our landscape providing functionality which are not available from Primavera.
? To maintain and develop the interface to IT and Oracle Inc. regarding issues with the tool and to represent BT requirements to Oracle Inc. as a Key Customer/Partner

Your Experience and Qualifications
You are educated to degree level and are fluent in English. You need to have a number of years of experience working with Primavera, preferably combined with a number of years of experience in scheduling and control of large projects. You need to have the experience from working in a large organization in an international environment.

Your seniority and your expertise make you comfortable in guiding senior management through. You are capable of inspiring and motivating others, and you have a good understanding of cultural differences and local drivers.
