Our client in Gothenburg is now looking for a Senior Scrum Master who has strong leadership and who loves working with teams!

In this assignment, you will be part of a self-organized and cross-functional team and together you will work to develop and deliver services to customers.

Job duties
- In your daily work, you will support the team's development, counteract the obstacles the team encounters and work to build a mindset in the team that permeates openness, honesty and cooperation.
- You will work dedicated to a team, but also be part of the Scrum Masters community across the organization. You will be able to share your knowledge and work together to improve and develop your working methods.

Requirements and experience
- We are looking for you who have an academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant experience.
- You have at least 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and have worked in different teams, situations and environments.
- You have experience with SAFe and Servant Leadership.
- You also have experience from an IT environment.
- As a person, you are curious, networking, want to learn and improve agile ways of working.
- You also have good communication and people skills.

Language
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

Meritorious
It is advantageous if you have experience in:
- Confluence och Jira.
- DevOps Experience.
- Other agile working methods such as XP, Cynefin Framework, TDD or BDD.
