Our customer, who are large in the automotive industry, is looking for you who are an experienced recruiter in the tech industry!

You can be placed in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö or Lund.

As a recruiter at our client, you will have effective collaboration with stakeholders at senior level. You will be responsible for the entire process! You will work closely with the sourcing team and the TA team. You will be responsible for driving and executing the TA strategy as well as building, maintaining and running TA projects on time. In your role you will also coach/mentor junior team members across the TA organisation. You will also drive collaboration with PX Partners and Finance Partners (with TA leads) in order to build process improvements. Your role also includes responsibility for a diverse recruitment that may include leadership or senior roles in the company.

To succeed in this role:

- You need to have an understanding of the TA philosophy/strategy. This understanding will help you define and measure projects that will have the greatest impact.
- You have a natural influence on your colleagues and you bring ideas alive.
- You will continuously help in the form of giving honest and empathetic feedback.
- You will also mentor several junior team members and help them towards success.
- You proactively use recruitment data for the purpose of giving advice to the business as well as for preventive work and to identify problems.
- You’ll act as a strategic partner to the management in the business.
- You need to have a good ability to work independently and to solve problems.
