About the role:
In the role as Service Coordinator, you will have responsibility to maximize customer satisfaction and cost optimization through call handling, invoicing, planning and improvement work. Together with us, you will be able to take a lot of initiatives as well as working independently and in a team. You are the first point of contact for our customers, and you are responsible for the assignment being carried out on time and in a cost-effective manner.

Tasks:
You are the one who coordinates service delivery in our aftermarket. You analyse, support, and coordinate different types of error reports, which means that you have many contact points both internally and externally. You are responsible for our field technicians and will coordinate these in an efficient and optimal way. You will also ensure that resource planning works smoothly and stable, to ensure that we work with our entire existing capacity. We assume that you are focused on service and have a positive attitude and want to continue to contribute to our current positive customer experience on the service side. You`ll have evening & weekend on-call duty for a week per month.
During a working day, for example, you will:
- Organize work schedules for our technicians
- Handle incoming emails and calls
- Report and analyse the daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals
- Organize and review the company's processes and resource planning
- Work to constantly improve defined KPIs
- Handle some other administrative tasks such as mail handling
We are looking for you with the following background:
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience of customer service from before and an interest in technology and genuine interest in people. We are happy to see that you have an administrative background and a good habit of communicate and collaborate with different types of people. In addition to Swedish, you have good knowledge of English. To cope with the work, we see that you have a very good computer habit, and we think that you like to turn things around and look for information to find solutions and answers. To thrive in the company, we believe that you are thorough, structured and a problem solver. You like to work in many parallel processes at the same time and at a high pace. We see an applicant who is curious and proactive, that wants to develop together with the company.
