We’re now looking for Service Delivery Manager with experience from similar jobs. If you also have experience of Service Management, Life Science or Retail, it’s a benefit. You work out of Linköping with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.
The main tasks for a Service Delivery Manager are:
· Responsible for the government and management of current and future customers according to their support & maintenance agreements
· Scheduling of Service Requests, including deployment and resource allocation
· Coordination of resources coming out of Sri Lanka from our partner
· Run smaller sized projects on customers with support & maintenance agreements
