Our client in Gothenburg is looking for a Social Media Community Manger!
In this exciting assignment, you will manage our client's social media. You will take care of all communication, matters and create engaged and appropriate responses to our client's fans, followers and owners.
Assignment description and main responsibilities
In this role, you will have overall responsibility in writing, creating and publishing communications in our client's global social media channels and also our client's official community for owners. You will have an important assignment as the role means that our client meets customers, followers and fans in an appropriate, but unique way. You will be part of a team of operational community managers and together you will collaborate towards success. The team you will be part of is part of our client's Customer Experience department. This is a team with many skills working for great customer experiences!
Task Assignment
- You will have overall responsibility for all incoming communication from social media. This communication can come from customers, fans, prospects, followers, industry professionals and journalists.
- You must create engaging answers that are connected to the target group.
- You must use tools for managing social media and additional dashboards. You will stay up to date with information and work closely with the CM team, support, global and local marketing and PR teams.
- You will work closely with Community Management Specialists and Operational Community Managers to ensure the right conditions for excellence.
- You will also work with information flows and maintain response matrices and databases.
Requirements and experience
- You are very experienced in the social sphere and you yourself are a personal user of social media channels.
- You understand the importance of tone of voice.
- You also understand the importance of social media and online communication for brands.
- You have knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
Education
- You have a bachelor's degree in communication or another relevant field in marketing/communication.
Language
- You have good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
Meritorious
- If you have experience in writing in social media, copy writing customer service, automotive or other technical areas, it is advantageous.
