Our customer in Jönköping is now looking for a Supplier Quality Production Specialist!

Assignment description
- In this assignment you will be the initial interface between the factory and supplier, regarding quality deviations. You will also drive cases to closure.
- To resolve supplier-related quality issues, you will involve all necessary HVA functions.
- Initiate 8D’s towards suppliers in cooperation with SQA.
- You will be in contact with various suppliers, therefore we see that you can maintain a professional, respectful and fact-based level of communication.

Key Tasks
- You will provide feedback to suppliers on quality deviations found within factory processes such as incoming inspection, assembly lines, labs, etc.
- You will send IQN (Initial Quality Notification) to suppliers.
- You will initiate and send 8D’s to suppliers.
- You will also lead the morning meetings.
- If necessary, you will initiate analyzes and, in relevant cases, drive them to the end.
- When needed, you will also participate in technical councils.
- Work together with SQA and support them.
- You will also, together with SQA (or yourself), visit suppliers.
- In relevant cases, you will follow up 8D at the supplier's location.
- You will also work with functions such as incoming inspection, damage management and other functions that need help for continuous improvement of processes and systems related to supplier quality.

- We are looking for someone who is good at planning and organization.
- You can also easily coordinate different tasks together with other functions.
- To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have interpersonal skills. This means that you find it easy to start dialogues, dare to ask questions, use input and feedback from others for improvements and that you share information and knowledge in an open, honest and quick way with others.
- We are looking for you who also have good communication skills as in this role you have a lot of contact with other actors.
- We are also looking for you who have good analytical and problem-solving skills. This means that you have a basic understanding of how to collect and organize relevant information and that you spot problems and can easily identify root causes.

Requirements and experience
- You have a bachelor's degree and/or work experience in a relevant field.
- You can read and understand drawings.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Language
- You have very good knowledge of English and Swedish, verbally and in writing.
