Arbetsbeskrivning
The customer team offers solar and battery solutions to B2C customers in Sweden and Finland. We have a small developer team that supports us in developing our digital customer journey - mainly “Solcellskalkylatorn” and a digital quote form.
We need UX and UI support in rethinking our digital customer journey. It needs to be simpler, smoother and more intuitive for the customer. At the same time, it must fulfill the needs of the business and our installers.
Tasks include (amongst others)
Gather market and customer insights
Perform user research and behavioral analysis
Support in idea generation/workshops
Concept/customer journey redesign
Prototyping, user testing
A/B tests and iteration suggestions
Education
At least University/Collage Education (Specialization: UX/UI design, behavioral science)
Required experience / expertise
- UX/UI design
- Design/Graphic design
