We are looking for a Wholesale Assistant who will be our new administrative star and support our Wholesale department. The service involves having daily contact with our Wholesale customers around the world regarding orders, deliveries, etcetera.
ABOUT THE POSITION
To succeed in this role, you must like to work with overall administrative tasks. Your aim should be to become our excel star. Some of your responsibilities will also be:
• Reply to emails from our Wholesale customers
• Send weekly newsletters
• Send payment reminders
• Order placement
• General administrative assistans to the Wholesale team
• Contact and administrative support to our Agents and Distributors
• Manage sales samples
• To be the link between our warehouse and finance department towards our B2B customers
The position is based at our Stockholm Office at Södermalm and you will report to our Head of Wholesale.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
• Approved upper secondary education/gymnasieutbildning
• Microsoft’s programs excel, word and powerpoint
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
• Is structured, service-oriented, positive and stress-resistant
