Our client in the telecom industry is now looking for an E-commerce Manager to strengthen the digital sales and service team!
In this exciting assignment, you will have an important role in creating, managing and executing our customer strategy for digital channels such as web and app.
Task assignment
- In this assignment, you will have a leading role in the work with content creators, web analysts, CRO Managers and SEO Managers. You and the team members will report to the Head of Digital Sales and Services, but you will be the team's informal leader.
- You will have set goals that include increase in new sales, cross and upsell. It also includes driving traffic to the customer's website, but also referring traffic to other channels.
- Together with the web analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis after the campaign. Using the successes and failures, you will identify a tactic that works to achieve the set goals.
- You will collaborate with colleagues and teams across the company such as Business Managers, Product, MarCom and other sales channels. The purpose of the collaboration is to build high-impact acquisition journeys.
- In this role, you will also be the one who drives the agenda and prioritization for the customers' online sales chat.
- You will also identify new business opportunities, industry-wide trends, take care of e-commerce-related projects within the business and prioritize various activities to ensure growth.

- You have strong analytical skills and can easily identify opportunities, set the KPIs and measure performance against goals.

- You have organizational skills and can handle multiple projects and effectively set priorities.
- We are also looking for you who have great written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate in a clear and convincing way to audiences at different levels.
Competence, requirements and experience
- We are looking for you who have a proven track record in creating, managing and executing digital marketing strategy that affected the company's revenue.
- You have experience in building relationships, being a good collaboration partner and experience in being an effective and inspiring leader for mobile sales content teams. This experience is important as you will need to build and optimize multiple stakeholder relationships across and beyond the e-commerce business.
- You have experience working with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
- You also have experience with CRO and a/b testing.
- To succeed in this role, you may have a background in a start-up company or a similar role at another company.

- Our client offers hybrid work at 50%.
