We are looking for an HR Specialist

Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training.The academy was established in 2005 and it educates more than 500 students and professionals for i.e.Avinor in Norway, LFV in Sweden, Naviair in Denmark and other customers.Entry Point North offers advanced training facilities at its premises at Malmö Airport, Sweden.At Entry Point North we work in an environment with a high tempo where each day is unique.To be successful in this position you will have to work according to our values, be brave, responsible, innovative and open-minded. One of our HR Specialists is going on parental leave and we need a substitute for approximately one year.Work Description You will be a part of our HR Team and responsible for the following areas: *Recruitment and introduction of employees and consultants.*Order and administrate instructors to our Air Traffic Controller education.*Handle all health related issues and act as our "health ambassador" *Regular Personnel statistics and administration.*Internal information regarding HR processes and policies on our intranet.You will participate in developing and implementing HR processes, administrative routines and policies within the company.*You will also support and, at some extent, educate managers and employees in rules and regulations within the HR area.The position is a temporary employment starting Asap, lasting until the end of December 2010.Qualifications You have some years experience of working with various HR tasks in complement with relevant education.Due to the fact that all material will be produced in English you speak and write the language very well and have efficient computer skills. You are structured, like to organise and take responsibility for things that needs to be done.You like to work in a team, but you are also comfortable working independently.To be successful in this position you will have to be flexible, positive, service minded and eager to learn about the business.
