We are looking for an Installation Site Supervisor

You will work as an Installation Site Supervisor for the European region. Your responsible area will depend on where you are located.
Install equipment from JBT portfolio at customer sites, mainly cold and warm equipment according to specification, ensure Safety, Quality and delays.
Supervise subcontractor or customer crew in effective installation procedures.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, project management and the senior team on all aspects of the activity.
Supply all requested documentations and reports accurately and in a timely manner
Promote JBT services, service agreements, consumables and OEM parts to our customer.
Cooperate internally with other teams in Customer Care, Operations and Engineering when necessary.

Qualifications/Skills Required
Our focus is finding the right person who can continue to grow together with us and develop the company. As a person, we would like you to be flexible and enjoy travelling, being at customer sites. You will need lots of drive and energy and be comfortable working independently, as well as in a team.

We would like ideally
At least 5 years’ experience from a similar role or tasks working with equipment as a Service/Installation Engineer in Food/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry or as Maintenance Engineer within the Process industry
Be able to travel (95% of working time) and work flexible hours as the job may require
That you are able to travel and be away from home for extended periods (up to 5 weeks)
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Any additional language is an advantage
Driver license
Good working knowledge of MS Office
