We are looking for an Integration Manager - Finance

We are seeking a qualified candidate to take on the role of Integration Manager-Finance within our Financial Integration Program, which focuses on enabling a structured, deliberate, and prioritized financial integration work stream for each acquisition.
As part of this role, you will work closely with Finance teams at both the corporate and subsidiary level. Ideal candidates have strong influencing skills and engender trust and respect in all working relationships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tracking and reporting financial performance metrics related to original acquisition rationale.
Enabling full financial forecasting for acquiring business units after deal close.
Helping subsidiaries leverage scaled Finance shared services.
Identifying and taking action on opportunities to support specific corporate Finance teams more effectively execute functional integration processes.
Providing continued and consistent support to subsidiary Finance teams as their needs and circumstances change.
