Dina arbetsuppgifter
As an Intellectual Property Paralegal, you will be a part of the Swedish team which is based in Stockholm, consisting of 5 attorneys, 4 paralegals and 1 Patent Information Specialist. Your main tasks, being part of a business team, consist of helping the attorneys with daily administrative tasks, such as updating current cases, preparing information and making sure the correct parties are invited to meetings. You will take notes during meetings and following up on decisions to make sure they are executed. Thus this also includes having contact with clients and planning the work together with the attorneys. Depending on your personality the role can be developed to include further tasks and responsibilities, as well as developing the Paralegal function together with paralegals from other sites. You will work in a wide international network, with colleagues around the globe.

Din profil
You should have around 2-4 years of experience from working with patents and preferably other intellectual property rights. Having experience from working in Microsoft Office 365 will be a bonus. You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, written and verbally.
In order to be an eligible candidate, we would like for you to know at least one or a few of the following:
- IPENDO
- M-Files
- SAP
- Microsoft Office 365
- Bluejeans
- Visio
We are looking for someone with the confidence to work independently, but who is experienced enough to know when to ask for help. Thoroughness and an eye for detail is extremely important in this position and you need to be able to cope in an environment driven by deadlines, which you will also be responsible for following up on and reporting the status of to the attorneys and clients.
