We are looking for an IT Project Manager in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of an IT Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
Drive IT projects using the organisaton’s standard project methodology (GPM2) to ensure timely completion and structured reporting to the business project manager/steering group and the IT PMO. The following are the main responsibilities:
· Assist in the project definition with the sponsor and/or business project manager
· Lead the IT project's structuring and planning.
· Manage the scope and requirements for the project's IT components.
· Manage any deviations from the IT project's approved scope and schedule.
· Oversee the implementation of IT projects, including progress monitoring, reporting, and risk management.
· Share information with the project team, business PM, steering group, and other key stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.
· Ensure that the IT project output is delivered and that the project is handed over to support and maintenance.
· Assure project coherence with SKF policies, processes, and standards by forming, coordinating, and leading the IT project team and IT suppliers.
· Manage the IT project budget.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the candidate:
· Leading the project team to success requires strong leadership.
· Communication at all levels is essential.
· Budgets, schedules, and negotiation skills Managing the scope and the resources
· Risk management should be proactive rather than reactive.
· Planning and organisation
· From the big picture (the project plan, the creation of meeting plans, statements of work, timelines, resource plans, project briefs, and budget updates) to the smaller, more mundane details (planning out your day, who you'll communicate with this week, and how you'll be available to update your status documents, brief your team, and so on), project planning is a must.
Managing resources, keeping track of the project's progress, and so on.
