At Gapwaves, you work together in a team of 4-8 employees consisting of antenna engineers and mechanical engineers who work together towards customers and research projects. If you are passionate about participating from the first stage of the project right through to the finished product, then Gapwaves is something for you.

Who are you:
As Gapwaves continues to grow, we are now helping them to find their next new junior talents. We are looking for someone who has a educational background in electrical engineering, knowledge and interest in high frequencies and antenna design. If you have perhaps studied a master's at Chalmers in Wireless, photonics, and space engineering" or at KTH in "Information and Network Engineering" or equivalent, then you are the candidate we are looking for.

We are searching for someone who dare to challenge and push tasks forward, someone who can make challenging decisions even in uncertain and more difficult situations. A team player who likes to work team- and project oriented and who lifts and motivates their colleagues. With Gapwave's young and relatively fresh organization, it is important that you thrive in a dynamic work environment.

About the employment:
The position is part of Xamera's Talent Program, which is Gothenburg's, or perhaps Sweden's, best talent program. The program runs for twelve months with eleven full-days courses, where both technical and personal skill development will be coverd. During the year that the talent program continues, you will work as an employee with us at Xamera and work as a consultants at Gapwaves. After that, our and Gapwaves goal is for you to transition into employment with them.
