We are looking for chefs for several of our restaurants around the country - including Hanzo, Madklubben Home of Carlsberg, Bazaar, La Bodega, Tonys and others.

Who are we?

If you haven't already visited us, we are known as the place that serves excellent food and great wines at unusually reasonable prices. We stay in delicious surroundings - and our guests play an active role. Annually, we set the framework for approx. 1.2 million guests and can make small towns feel like big cities of international format even on an ordinary Tuesday, because it is always packed with happy guests and employees.

Our manifesto is entitled "Honesty tastes best", and we strive to live up to this every single day. This means that you get a workplace where we have fun and treat each other with respect. The menus offer a wealth of classic dishes from all over the world served by competent young people who make a virtue of ensuring that every guest leaves Madklubben inspired to come again.

We currently have several vacancies as a chef. Our restaurant locations range from everything to the Copenhagen area, Aarhus, Odense, and Esbjerg.

About you

. You are a trained chef and will help ensure that the guests receive excellent food at extremely reasonable prices.
. You are used to and like busyness and high volume and are ready to adapt when required.
. We are busy during service, so it is important that you can balance your tasks, keep an overview, and prioritize correctly - both during the day, but especially in service.
. You must be able to work weekends and evenings, as this is where we are busiest.

. Salary between DKK 28,000-31,000 depending on your qualifications as well as good staff benefits for e.g., to visit our restaurants with a 25% discount.
