We are looking for chefs to beautiful Fjällbacka

We are passionate about food. For this reason we have opened a number of restaurants and coffee shops with a range of entries and concepts and we are planning new ones as we go. Our restaurant Matilda offers a first class a ´la carte. The restaurant is listed for the last ten years in the White Guide. Bryggans Bistro and Cafe is open all year around and offers a varying cousin, ranging from sandwiches to our famous shellfish soup.

The year is finalized with a Christmas smorgasbord. Evert Tapas is our local favourite. Here we offer small Spanish dishes. At our night club Upper deck you may enjoy the best viewpoint in Fjällbacka, as well as a joyful nightlife. Besides our tasteful food, we offer 10 pleasant rooms, good opportunities for hosting conference groups up till 25 people.

We have a multitude of various restaurants offering a varied cousin and orientation. Therefore we are looking for chefs of various qualifications. You are expected to work as part of a group, it is therefore essential that you know how to be a team player. Working hours include day- and evening time and the length of employment can vary depending on our contract. As an employee you may lease staff accommodation.

There is also a possibility that the employment may develop into a kitchen manager or sous chef position, since we are currently looking to strengthen our kitchen organization.
