We are looking for Data Analyst

In this role, you will have a key responsibility for ensuring the success of data product deliveries for Finance, Compliance, and Risk. You will work closely with Tech Leads, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Developers, and Product Owners to deliver data-driven solutions through our hybrid on-prem and cloud data platform built on AWS, Informatica, and Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Solution and Impact Analysis: Define implementation and validation approaches for data solutions.
· Data Analysis: Analyze data and processes to define functional and technical data requirements for Data Engineers.
· Implementation: Collaborate with Data Engineers, source systems, and data consumers to ensure smooth integration.
· Validation: Support and coordinate testing activities, ensuring successful execution and data quality.

Competency Profile:
· Strong understanding of banking processes and experience discussing requirements with business stakeholders.
· Proven experience in data analysis and managing data requirements.
· Proficiency in mapping and analyzing data to meet business needs.
· Ability to transform business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conceptualize complex technical issues.
· Experience working with Data Warehouses is a plus.
· Familiarity with agile frameworks, particularly SAFe.
· Excellent proficiency in SQL for data validation, analysis, and signoff.
· Organized with strong time-management skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
