Due to increased activities and new projects, we are now hiring Field Service Coordinator in Kalmar, Sweden
Main responsibilities
Required Education: Bsc. in mechanical engineering or equivalent is beneficial, but not a requirement.
In this position it is required to be Fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is also required.
Accountabilities:
Accountable for the planning, execution and closing of FS activities related to field service missions, commissioning and/or complex jobs, according to offer/order and customer requirements as well as QEHS and cost target, with a satisfied end customer
Also accountable for all processes and system/tool updates related to FS Operations
Main Responsibilities:
Be in charge of service mission from the very start till invoice is made •Seek and win transactional business in addition of service execution where possible
Be the customer's main contact related to the mission.
Advice and support customer in preparation of job
Responsible for the details to achieve a successful execution of mission; including but not limited to briefing of FSE and travel arrangements; that drawings, instruction, tools, instruments and required spares are available.
Responsible for FSE's use of Job Safety Analysis for each mission
Key user and responsible for CRM Service Order, Planning Board and FSICB usage
Arrange debrief after each mission and update CRM / M-files with debrief documents
Quality checks of all SWR issued, approval of these and correct filing
Prepare all documentation for invoicing including SWR and control of hour lists
Proactively follow up on transactions business leads
Authority to offer client unit prices and TC for strict reimbursable business
Responsible for CRM Service Order
Close cooperation with RM assigning engineers, optimize usage
Support Warranty handling when required
Rework order handling, perform or attend in Root Cause Analysis when applicable
Visa-/vaccination support as well as maintain register of visa, certificates, vaccinations, passports etc
Issue Tech Requests when applicable
Ensure WeCare reports and Sales Leads are made by FSE
Support RM in competency assessment of FSEs
Responsible for tools and instruments by maintaining a system of stock, calibration and rental prices
Supporting in training planning and execution
Attend and support in contract/project reviews when requested for more complex offers
Read, sort and follow up on customer request on services common emails or other channels
Continuously stay up to-date with company policies and guidelines
