We are looking for a talent to join our Finance team for the summer, and we might just have the perfect summer job for you, as AR Specialist at JBT.


Work tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks relating to the Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing of our new equipment projects. To gather information for the invoicing, you will have the opportunity to work and collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as the sales team and project managers.
You will also be working on problem-solving outstanding AR and here you will be the communicating link between our European Shared Service centre situated in Madrid, who is responsible for the cash collection, and the Business unit. As part of the work, you will maintain and update our BI tool, Tableau, with latest information from customer on cash collection progress.


Who are we looking for?
To be successful as an AR Specialist at JBT’s Finance Department, you would ideally study or have a degree in finance, accounting or similar. As a person you are a proactive team player that is structured, takes responsibility for your tasks, and have a drive to work solution oriented. Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is a must.
The position requires close collaboration with colleagues all around Europe, so we expect good communication skills in English.
