We are looking for a Configuration Manager to our costumer in central of Malmö.

As a Configuration Manager you are responsible for the ITSM flow from start to End (Tool wise) ensuring all requirements is evaluated and implemented. Delivering the technical support and development of our ITSM Tool Suite. Ensuring that configuration items are up to date and all assets is a part of the inventory repository. Ensuring the lifecycle management of the platforms and ensuring integration to interconnected systems.

You will also:

• Management of the daily tasks, which may include the establishment of work assignments and their precedencies.
• Resolution of any compliance issues and the tracking of compliance procedures and policies.
• Facilitation of audits related to configuration management.
• Review of critical proceeding outage, resolution results and responses.
• Facilitation of communication and engagement of business and IT management to value proposition and encourage configuration management.
• Review and approval of vital IT infrastructure changes to make sure that impact to configuration management data is properly handled.
• Head the configuration control board and implement the changes as decided.

Your technical capabilities:

• Technical knowledge and understanding of: HP Service Manager, Jira Self-service portal
• Process knowledge on it processes within Change, Incident, Problem, Request and CMDB.
• Technology skills: SQL Script, TQL Script.
• Understanding in ITIL Framework for appliance in tools
• Technical knowledge about IT Infrastructure components to understand CMDB and discovery.

Knowledge in Power BI to create and support with new reports.
