Are you excited about enabling great experiences for employees? Do you want to work with Workplace Services across the Nordic office sites? Then maybe you are the new Office Assistant who will join our customers Employee Experience team where the vision is to ensure that they bring great experiences for employees while ensuring a fit for purpose digital and physical workplace across the Nordic office sites.

This is a consultancy opportunity where you will be employed by MultiMind and working for Unilever. The assignment starts ASAP and will last for a 12 month period with possibilities to be prolonged. When working for Unilever, there are possibilities for hybrid working.

What you will be doing?

Working in this role, you will be helping out with various administrative tasks and supporting Unilever´s offices in the Nordic region. To succeed in the role and get the information you need, you´ll be in contact with various stakeholders around the globe.
In a nutshell, your days will be filled with:

• Supporting the day-to-day site facility service delivery across the Nordic offices, where you work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and collaborate with various 3rd party suppliers and business partners.
• Supporting the workplace budget management and assist with timely and accurate performance reporting of both services and financials.
• Support and comply with the Safety & Security culture and standards in Workplace Services and support with the Nordic Fleet management.

What does it take to succeed in the role?

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have experience from service oriented and administrative tasks, preferably in a corporate office environment at a multinational corporation. You have good organizational skills and are IT literate with good system knowledge. In addition, you have basic financial understanding and good English language skills.

As a person you are good at working independently and also a team player who has good communication skills. You´re highly service minded and thrive when you´re in contact with a lot of people!
