ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a R&D-engineer you will be a part of the R&D and Operations, currently consisting of 15 colleagues. Together with two of them you will in this position focus on the powder technology, primarily performing investigations linked to continuous engineering and product sustainment.

For example, you will:
* Plan, execute and report laboratory studies related to product sustainment, stability studies, production improvements and research investigations
* Be responsible for equipment incl. calibration and preventive maintenance
* Perform QC tests of raw materials and final products
* Prepare and send samples to external test labs for analyses and document results
* Be responsible for that methods used are up to date with applicable standards and requirements
* Work in accordance with the company´s standard operating procedures

You may also support additional projects with experimental investigations, verifications or validations. You will be part of the R&D team and collaborate with the Production, Quality & Regulatory departments.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
For this position, we are looking for a person with the following experience and qualifications:


* Relevant academic education within natural science/engineering with good knowledge in chemistry. For example: Master of Science in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or Nanoscience
* Lab experience from previous employment or as a part of education
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Good knowledge of MS Office


It will be considered an additional qualification if you have:
* Experience from working with Powder technology/Biomaterials/Ceramics
* Experience from working with GLP and/or Quality Control
* Experience from working within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Skills/personality

As a person, we think that you are flexible (i.e. able to quickly adjust to changes without compromising on structure and quality of performance), responsible, pro-active and good at planning as well as thinking in terms of continuous improvements, always. You also need to be result oriented, able to work in a structured way and sets high standards for quality. You enjoy working both in a team as well as alone and have good communication skills (both orally and in written). You enjoy lab work as well as planning and writing reports.
