We are searching for a developer to work on our new Data Catalog

Would you like to help us build and develop ICA's Analytics team? We are looking for someone who have worked with Data Catalog and are ready to take on a new challenge!
Your future job
As part of our Analytics Platforms team, your main focus will be to automate, streamline, manage and further develop our data catalog.
You will support the platform users by working towards creating a stable data catalog. The structure will be built using code (python and APIs) to optimize the platform and meet the requirements of the users. Initially, you will participate in the implementation project and once completed the focus will move towards maintenance activities and further development. You will have to work proactively to develop the data catalog as well as adapting to new requirements from ICA's different operating companies. In addition to this your time will also be spent on troubleshooting, permission handling, security adoptions and further development of our platform.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has a huge interest in development of platforms and APIs as well as automation. You are probably working as a Platform engineer today and have experience in enterprise companies as well as CI/CD tooling. We would like you to understand, or at least wish to learn more about, Data Catalog, Metadata or Data Governance. You have most likely worked with some or all of the following areas:
Infrastructure as Code
Python
Rest API
Data Catalog maintenance
Meta data Governance


We are looking for a solution-oriented, flexible team player who enjoys fast developments and getting things done. Since you will have frequent contact with our platform users, it is important that you are also service-oriented and social. The position requires fluency in English, Swedish is a plus.
