Supply Chain Planning (SCP) is accountable for supply, material and production planning of manufactured products into the Fresenius-Kabi network. We are organized in a Supply Teams with four different functions, Supply Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning and Labeling, with a high focus on cross-functional team work. Since one of our Labeling Manager will be on maternity leave we are seeking a replacement. The position is located in Uppsala.
Main accountabilities
As a Labeling Manager designer at Fresenius-Kabi you are a great team player with an eye for details. You are creative, confident in your skills and like to get things done. In this role, your main responsibilities will include the production of artwork for a wide range of productions, such as labels, clichés, leaflets and cartons. You will cooperate with our planners as well as the marketing units and regulatory teams.
The Labeling Manager role within SCP incorporates the conventional activities associated with labeling and artwork within the pharmaceutical industry, such as:
Provide primary support and coordination for packaging documentation. This includes changes to packaging artwork and packaging specifications drawing/templates. This will require interactions with Regulatory, Marketing Companies, Contract Manufacturers as well as internal functions.
Project management of packaging changes from initial notification from Market, Regulatory or Production until a complete implementation (execution of artwork).
Ensure quality delivery according to company standards and local requirements and on time.
Receive packaging updates: update artwork, routing for internal approvals, release artwork to vendor, approve proofs and update internal archives.
To take a leading role in ongoing projects when printed material is included, improve and develop processes as well as being the subject matter expert.
About you
The qualifications for this job are:
Education in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, or related field of study
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Artist/Designer in a production setting
Experience working in the following systems: Adobe Creative Suits, SAP, Office.
Have an understanding of ways of working with GS1 standards
Experience in the printing industry
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical production supply chain principles, GMP, FDA.
Fluent verbal and written Swedish and English
Careful with details and have a talent for working with graphical design and systems.
Proactivity, organizational and communication skills complete the profile.
Natural problem-solver with planning skills in combination with a practical mentality
