We at Workshop are now searching for a Sales Administrator for our client, who will be based in Stockholm. You will be working in their AirCon team and mainly execute and support customers’ ordering and delivery processes.
As a Sales Administrator you will prepare an overview of the current business situation (PSI vs. BP). You will enter and execute purchase orders in SAP and inform logistics about details of delivery. You will also inform customers about delivery dates and follow these up. In addition to this, you will also:
• Check and execute stock shifts in SAP, inform and cooperate with Logistics
• Control stock situation
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Have a close contact with customers via email and phone
As a person you have an understanding of administration techniques and how to apply this to your work. You have a customer-oriented thinking and acting, and a "customer-comes-first" attitude. It is also important that you understand how decisions affect customers and how your own behaviour impacts on the customer experience. We also see that you can structure your own area of responsibility effectively and keep records of all open issues in a very complex working environment.
Required education & experience:
• Two to four years of relevant experience
• SAP (would be an advantage) or other administration software
• Good skills in the Office package
• Strong knowledge of the Swedish and English language, all other Nordic languages would be an advantage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
• Highly innovative, driven and flexible
