We at Workshop are now searching for a Sales and Supply chain Administrator for our client, who will be based in Stockholm.  The role is an operational position with varying work tasks where you will be working both in the Sales administration and Supply chain teams in a split role. You will have daily contact with external distributors, warehouse providers, customers as well as internal colleagues located in all Nordic countries.

As a Sales and Supply chain Administrator you will have the possibility to be involved in every step of the way from order creation to delivery and invoicing. You will enter and execute purchase orders in SAP and create deliveries as well as follow up on time performance, looking for deviations and help ensure that the customers get an altogether positive experience from beginning to end. Close alignment with local colleagues and other teams is key to success as well as Demonstrating flexibility within this multi-disciplined role ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any obstacles that may occur. 

Some of your daily work tasks will include;


• Control stock situation
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Monitor outbound deliveries – daily follow up with logistics service providers
• Process purchase orders for samples and warranties as well as check and executing stock shifts
• Claim administration – returns, lost goods, customer credits
• Have a close contact with customers via email and phone

As a person you have an understanding of administration techniques and how to apply this to your work. You have a customer-oriented thinking and acting, and a "customer-comes-first" attitude..

Required education & experience:


• Two to four years of relevant experience
• SAP experience is a merit but not required
• Good skills in the Office package
• Fluent in Swedish and English language (speaking and writing), basic understanding of Scandinavian languages is an advantage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
• Highly innovative, driven and flexible

The employment is ongoing with an initial six month probation period. We offer you 30 vacation days and we have agreements with the union.
